   Almost perfect

   Looks great, fits great. I ordered a deluxe version with the handstitched leather collar and I had one issue with it. The bottom edge of the leather was quite sharp (basically 90 degrees) which rubbed against the neck. So I would recommend you round that edge with a burnishing tool. It is still though a great piece.

     Thank you for your feedback, we will look at improving the bottom edge. Although it is normally worn over an arming garment, so shouldn’t rub directly on the skin.

   Quality product and great customer service

   I just received my Maille standard, and I am very happy with it. I ordered the deluxe version and here the leather collar is excellent, as is the rest of the product. I ordered it together with an arming doublet that it is to be worn with, which meant that I couldn’t measure my neck circumference with the doublet on. This was however easily taken care of through a quick e-mail, where they just adjusted my bare neck measurement so everything fits very well over the arming doublet now. I could not be happier my Maille standard and would very highly recommend the product to anyone else!
