About payment options, and ordering custom or standard products
Standard products
Many of our products are available in standard sizes and options. This does not mean we will have all the possible combinations of options in stock at any given time.
Please allow up to 5 working days after placing your order for despatch of stock items.
Your order status should be checked via your account. If your item is not in stock this will be reflected in the status of your order.
If your order is time sensitive, we recommend that you include a delivery date request in notes during checkout. This way we can offer alternatives if we are unable to meet your request exactly.
Custom products
If you are ordering made to measure garments you will need to submit a completed measurement chart during the order process. You can download one below.
We always recommend made-to-measure for ladies fitted garments, such as hose, doublets and kirtles.
Please follow the diagrams and guidance on the chart. We will use the information you provide, it is your responsibility to ensure it is accurate.
You might think some measurements are not relevant, please complete them anyway.
Payment options
Card Checkout is available to all customers, in a variety of currencies.
If your transaction prompts a security check by the issuing bank, this is easily resolved via your banking app or by calling your bank.
If you prefer Direct Bank/Wire Transfer, we accept payments in a variety of currencies, bank details will be provided automatically on completion of checkout, if you choose this option.
If your preferred currency is not available, please contact us to request it be added.
